If you must reschedule, please send an email to [email protected] at least 12 hours before your original testing date and time. We will not acknowledge nor issue a refund if your rescheduling request is made less than 12 hours before your original chosen appointment date and time. We only allow up to (2) requests for rescheduling.

Upon payment, please expect a confirmation email from us containing additional instructions to prepare you for your appointment.
