Weight Loss Package

The Weight Loss Package contain tests that are essential for evaluating a patient's readiness for weight loss therapies. These tests help ensure safe, targeted weight management interventions to boost effectivity of solutions.

Get ready to lose 20% of your current weight in three (3) steps!

  1. Blood test done at home to establish the baseline of your weight loss - This is necessary for any weight loss program, as without the tests, the Endocrinologist/weight loss expert will not be able to identify how to manage your weight.
  2. Consultation with an Endocrinologist/weight loss expert - Our Endocrinologist will read your lab test results and prescribe the next steps.
  3. Follow the prescribed medicines and lifestyle changes.

The blood tests in the package are:

  • Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) assesses baseline blood glucose after fasting, providing insights into blood sugar control and diabetes risk, which is crucial for weight management interventions.
  • Lipid Profile measures total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, and triglycerides, giving a picture of cardiovascular health, as elevated lipids increase heart disease risk.
  • SGPT (ALT) checks liver function, essential for processing fats and medications; elevated levels may suggest liver issues that need addressing.
  • Creatinine assesses kidney function, which is vital for safely processing metabolic byproducts of weight loss.
  • Hemoglobin A1C (HbA1c) offers a 3-month average of blood sugar levels, helping identify diabetes or pre-diabetes for safer and more effective weight loss planning.
