Physical Therapy – Starter Package

New to physical therapy sessions? Do not be intimidated as our team of physical therapy experts are here for you. Use this 2-week starter package on physical therapy sessions for injury recovery, posture correction, or other personal reasons you aim to get a physical therapy session for.

This package includes:

An initial online doctor consultation with our Rehabilitation Medicine Doctor who will tailor a treatment plan just for you.
Three (3) 1-hour at-home physical therapy sessions with our licensed physical therapists.
A follow-up consultation with our Rehabilitation Medicine Doctor who will suggest the perfect maintenance plan for you moving forward.

How does it work?

Our Rehabilitation Medicine Doctor will conduct an online consultation with you to identify the best treatment plan. You will have an assigned licensed physical therapist who will assist you in implementing the treatment plan for three (3) scheduled sessions, lasting an hour each. A follow-up consultation will be scheduled with our Rehabilitation Medicine Doctor to evaluate your progress and update the treatment plan if needed.

Terms and Conditions

– All three sessions must be scheduled 7 days prior to the first session date.

– This package may not be shared.

-Rescheduling must be done at least 2 days in advance.

– Cancellations and refunds are not allowed.

– The client may opt for a female or male physical therapist, but Juan Medical reserves the right to assign and change the coaches handling your sessions without prior notice.
