Cardiac + Diabetic Panel Test Package
This is a home service blood test for determination of blood count, measure of blood sugar control for the past three months, blood sugar levels, cholesterol, triglycerides, urea, creatinine, electrolyte, inflammatory marker levels, liver function tests, and urine analysis. A licensed nurse or medical technologist will collect your blood sample at your chosen location. A prescription is needed for this blood test.
Reminders: The patient will need to fast for 10 hours prior to the test. No food or any drink allowed.
